Figure on the Pier
An unsettling story from the shelves of Weeping Bank Library – read by The Librarian
Staffordshire Libraries is delighted to welcome back The Librarian of Weeping Bank to Perton this November…
In Weeping Bank, they say The Librarian writes by moonlight and locks away his stories at dawn. But every now and then, by candlelight and under the watchful glow of a single brass lamp, he reads one or two of his chilling tales to rapt audiences across the country.
This is storytelling as it once was—eerie, immersive and dangerously close.
