Licensing Application In Our Parish

The following licensing application has been sent to South Staffordshire District Council

We have received an application to vary the existing premsies licence for the above premises.

The applicant: Bridge 16 Ltd

The Application is applied for as follows:-

Application is therefore made to amend the layout of the licensed area as per drawing UPC-LIC-1 A annexed and as follows:

To show to the rear of the premises areas used by members of the public and to be licensed.

A. The rear patio area now has the benefit of a gazabo roof and is a covered area.

B. Provision of outside bar area.

C. Extended seating space to the rear of the premises.

D. To license of the entirety of the car park for occasional use for large scale events.

To the front of the premises:

• To bring in the front beer patio area as shown on the plan.

No change is sought in relation to the licensable activities or hours of operation save that licensable activities in relation to recorded music, live music, performance of dance and films are sought to be permitted externally.

No additional conditions are proposed, the premises having operated without issues arising for a considerable period of time.
